Low Carb Cheese Crackers | Cheddar Basil Bites!


What makes this the ultimate cheese crackers recipe is the fact that they are mostly made of cheese and they taste like soft Cheez-Its, and whose favorite non-keto snack isn't Cheez-Its.

2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup coursely shredded cheddar cheese We Use This!

2  tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped

  1. These crackers look great but did not work for me. They were difficult to lift without breaking apart because they were so sticky with butter. They didn’t crisp up and I didn’t enjoy the taste. It was like eating butter with a bit of cheese in it and they gave me indigestion.
