Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownie Bites


This dessert is dedicated to all those struggling with the decision between red velvet cake, cheesecake and brownies.

  • 2 large eggs, lightly whisked
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

FOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING:
  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg yolk
