MINI RASPBERRY CHEESECAKES

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Minute Best Raspberry Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite pure raspberry jam (use seedless if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons of hot water
  • 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
